(NYSE: ARM) Board of Directors at a meeting held on July 25, 2008, at its corporate headquarters in Troy, Mich., declared a quarterly dividend of 10 cents ($0.10) per share on the common stock of ArvinMeritor, with a record date of Aug. 18, 2008 and a payment date of Sept. 8, 2008.
