Canadian university press with strengths in political science, Native studies, and forestry. UBC Press is the publishing branch of the University of British Columbia. It is the largest scholarly press in western Canada. Since its establishment in 1971, the Press has published over 800 titles, and it now publishes 50 to 60 books annually.
