OmniReliant Holdings Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire Assets of Abazias, Inc

On July 30, 2008, OmniReliant Holdings, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ORHI) signed a Letter of Intent to acquire all the assets of Abazias, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ABZA) from an Abazias subsidiary. The transaction is subject to Board of Director and shareholder approval, in addition to customary closing conditions.

Recently, Abazias, Inc. was featured in Internet Retailer Top 500 Guide. Abazias is showcased as one of the 500 trailblazers who have helped make Internet retailing one of the fastest growing segments of the U.S. retail industry.
