Table Mountain Casino Donates Clothing to Homeless Through International Worship Center

23rd November, 2007

Following Table Mountain Casino's recent implementation of a new uniform program, the Casino has donated 1,400 pieces of gently used clothing to the International Worship Center of Fresno, California to distribute through the "Brown Bag" program that reaches the homeless and needy in Central Valley communities.

Upon receiving the offer of the Casino's clothing donation, valued at approximately $10,000, Deanna Wright, Chief Executive Administrator of the International Worship Center said, "We appreciate Table Mountain Casino's generosity. These items will be of great assistance to this program and to the lives it reaches." The International Worship Center can be reached at (559) 294-7780.

Table Mountain Casino's new uniform program received the prestigious 2007 National Association of Uniform Manufacturers & Distributors (NAUMD) Image of the Year Award for Casino and Gaming in September, competing directly with all new uniform programs rolled out at casino properties in 2007 including those properties in nationally-renowned major gaming markets, such as Las Vegas and Atlantic City.

Table Mountain Casino is owned and operated by the Table Mountain Rancheria Band of Indians who actively support many Community-based agencies and non-profit organizations serving residents of the Greater Fresno area and the regional San Joaquin Valley community.
